You look like you’re holding it together.
But inside, you’re exhausted.

WHO I HELP
You may be feeling…
Life looks manageable from the outside, but internally you’re carrying far more than most people realize.
You may find yourself overthinking conversations, second-guessing decisions, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or feeling stuck in patterns that seem difficult to change.
Perhaps you’re constantly trying to meet the needs of others while neglecting your own. Maybe you’re exhausted from holding everything together, navigating complicated relationships, or wondering why everyday tasks feel harder than they seem for everyone else.
You might relate to some of the following:
• Anxiety, worry, or racing thoughts that are difficult to quiet
• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or easily triggered
• People-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or fear of disappointing others
• Relationship patterns that leave you feeling hurt, confused, or disconnected
• Perfectionism, procrastination, or chronic self-criticism
• Feeling misunderstood, unseen, or alone in your struggles
• Difficulty trusting yourself or your decisions
• Challenges managing intense emotions
• A sense of emptiness, uncertainty, or feeling disconnected from who you are
• The lingering impact of painful or difficult life experiences
If any of this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Together, we can explore what’s beneath these patterns with curiosity, compassion, and care. Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.

One of my earliest memories is of my mother sitting in the same spot in our humble yet welcoming home, talking with her friends. In that spot, real life was shared. The stories of hardship, moments of laughter, tears, and hope. It was where people came to be heard, understood, and supported through their struggles. I remember watching in quiet awe as my mom’s friends would leave our home feeling lighter than when they arrived. Even then, I understood that something sacred was happening in that space. I simply called it “The Spot.” My mom passed away when I was 19 years old but the memories of her experiences of helping others live on.
Was my mother a therapist? No. But she was deeply compassionate, present, and always willing to listen.
She created safety without even realizing it.
When I began my own journey into psychotherapy, I carried that memory with me. My heart knew I wanted to recreate a space that felt just as safe, just as non-judgmental, and just as grounding as that spot in my childhood home.
That is where the name The Psychotherapy Spot was born.
Today, my intention remains the same which is to offer you a space rooted in empathy, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience. Behind that gentle presence is a foundation of strong clinical training, ethical practice, and evidence-based care. I offer individualized outpatient psychotherapy and counselling for adults, working with a wide range of mental health concerns, and providing a neutral, supportive space for both individuals and couples.
More than anything, I want you to know how much I genuinely care about the people who find their way here. You don’t have to carry everything on your own anymore. This can be your spot too-a place to breathe, to be seen, and to begin healing, at your own pace.
