You look like you’re holding it together.
But inside, you’re exhausted.

WHO I HELP

You may be feeling…

Life looks manageable from the outside, but internally you’re carrying far more than most people realize.

You may find yourself overthinking conversations, second-guessing decisions, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or feeling stuck in patterns that seem difficult to change.

Perhaps you’re constantly trying to meet the needs of others while neglecting your own. Maybe you’re exhausted from holding everything together, navigating complicated relationships, or wondering why everyday tasks feel harder than they seem for everyone else.

You might relate to some of the following:

• Anxiety, worry, or racing thoughts that are difficult to quiet

• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or easily triggered

• People-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or fear of disappointing others

• Relationship patterns that leave you feeling hurt, confused, or disconnected

• Perfectionism, procrastination, or chronic self-criticism

• Feeling misunderstood, unseen, or alone in your struggles

• Difficulty trusting yourself or your decisions

• Challenges managing intense emotions

• A sense of emptiness, uncertainty, or feeling disconnected from who you are

• The lingering impact of painful or difficult life experiences

If any of this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Together, we can explore what’s beneath these patterns with curiosity, compassion, and care. Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.

AREAS OF FOCUS

I support adults experiencing:

• Anxiety and chronic worry

• ADHD and executive functioning challenges

• Complex trauma and childhood wounds

• Borderline Personality Disorder traits and related challenges

• Emotional regulation difficulties

• Relationship concerns

• Codependency and people-pleasing patterns

• Low self-worth and self-esteem struggles

• Perfectionism and burnout

• Neurodivergence exploration and support

• Life transitions and identity concerns

Whether you have received a formal diagnosis, are exploring the possibility of one, or simply recognize yourself in these experiences, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to create.

WHY THE PSYCHOTHERAPY SPOT?

Life can be difficult to navigate at times.

Even the strongest, most capable people can find themselves feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others. You may appear to be managing on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or the effects of difficult life experiences.

I created The Psychotherapy Spot to offer a space where people can slow down, feel understood, and explore what is happening beneath the surface with compassion and without judgment.

I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about our experiences. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. Rather, it is an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine curiosity. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together toward your goals.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing patterns, low self-worth, complex trauma, and challenges related to emotional regulation. Many of my clients have spent years carrying responsibilities for others while neglecting their own needs. Others come to therapy feeling stuck, misunderstood, or uncertain about who they are and how they want to move forward.

Whatever brings you here, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you no longer have to carry everything on your own.

Together, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, build greater self-understanding, and work toward lasting and meaningful change.

I’m glad you’re here.
